We offer custom-printed t-shirts, workwear, and promotional apparel. All products are made to order, and final print quality depends on the artwork provided by the customer (see our Print Guidelines)

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  
• Full payment is required before production begins.
  
• We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.
  
• For custom orders, no changes can be made once artwork is approved and production has started.
  
  

4. Turnaround & Delivery

• Standard turnaround time will be communicated at the time of ordering.
  Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order and shipping location.
  
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, but we’ll always do our best to help track and resolve issues.
  
  

5. Cancellations & Returns

• As most of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or the error is ours.
  
• Cancellations can only be made before production starts.
  
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  
  

6. Artwork & Printing

• Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork according to our Print Guidelines.
  
• We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution files or incorrect colours.
  
• By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use all content in your design.
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of ID Branded and cannot be copied, modified, or used without permission.

8. Liability

We take care to ensure accuracy in every order. However, we are not liable for:

• Customer-supplied errors (e.g. typos in artwork)
  
• Slight colour variations due to fabric or print processes
  
• Losses beyond the value of the order

  These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.
