ARTWORK GUIDELINES
How to set your file up for print.
To ensure the highest quality print on your t-shirts, please follow the guidelines below when submitting your design files.

LOGO & DESIGN TYPE
Submit vector files whenever possible for logos or text-based designs. These provide the sharpest print and can be scaled without losing quality.
Accepted vector file formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector-based).
If using raster images (like photos or hand-drawn artwork), ensure they are high-resolution (see below).
Setup Fees
We charge an initial setup fee starting from £15.00 + VAT per logo for both embroidered and printed designs.
This one-time cost covers the creation of your logo in stitch format or as a vector file, ready for printing.
Please note: Setup fees are chargeable per logo, but once paid, your logo will be saved on file for unlimited future use.

FILE FORMAT
Preferred file types: AI, EPS, PDF (vector).
Also accepted: PNG, PSD, TIFF (high-resolution and with transparent backgrounds if needed).
Make sure to outline all fonts and embed images in your files.

RESOLUTION & COLOUR
All raster artwork must be at 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size.
Avoid using low-resolution web graphics (usually 72 DPI), as they will appear pixelated when printed.
Please submit files in CMYK colour mode, as this is what we use for accurate colour printing. Files in RGB will be converted, which may result in colour shifts.

SIZE & PLACEMENT
Clearly indicate the desired print size and placement on the garment (e.g. centre chest, left chest, back).
Standard print area for sizes is:
Small Print: 5cm - 15cm W
Large Print: 20-30 cm W (A4/A3 Size)
Avoid placing designs on coloured or white backgrounds unless that’s part of the design.
