1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. For international orders, please contact us directly.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or your local delivery office. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by couriers
• Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery

6. Custom Products & Delays

Since our garments are printed to order, occasional delays may occur due to print queues or stock availability. You will be notified immediately of any expected delays.

7. Klarna Customers

When purchasing with Klarna, please note:

• Your payment schedule may begin before your order is shipped.
• Ensure your address is correct and matches your Klarna account to avoid issues.
• Refunds and returns will be processed through Klarna once your return is confirmed.
